The PeopleGrowth Mission |
 |
The PeopleGrowth mission is to present professional development tools, information, and processes to each individual we encounter through communications, career, and life coaching, workshops and seminars, and programs.
In our vision, we work with clients whose definitions of success include personal, professional, and financial satisfaction as well as a healthy balance between their personal and professional lives.

|
PeopleGrowth Training Model
The PeopleGrowth training and coaching model focuses on clear, practical, and straightforward learning:
Foundation with one-on-one enhancement, plus a little play and passion!
Appreciative Inquiry
Appreciative inquiry suggests that we look for what works in an organization. The tangible result is a series of statements that describe where the organization wants to be, based on the high moments of where they have been. Based on David Cooperrider’s approach to “what’s working around here,” PeopleGrowth uses this model to create and work from your successes and to build on them.
