A coach is someone who:
- Gets you unstuck
- Helps you clarify your values, vision, and personal mission
- Gives you feedback and supports you while you take on big challenges

As your personal career and life coach, Peg Titus-Hall:
- Is trained and certified to listen, to observe, and to customize the approach to individual client needs
- Seeks to elicit solutions and strategies from the client
- Believes that you, the client, are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole

It is the job of your coach to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that you already have. The individual career coaching client is someone who wants to reach a higher level of performance, learning, or satisfaction. The client is not seeking emotional healing or relief from psychological pain.
